According to the Chinese 12-year animal zodiac cycle, the Chinese year beginning in 2018 is the year of the Dog. Each Chinese zodiac year begins on Chinese New Year's Day. Dog years are believed to be the unluckiest for people born in previous years of the Dog, which we called Benmingnian. They should wear red to avoid unlucky things happening, usually red underwear or red bras or red socks, etc. Chinese New Year, also known as the "Spring Festival" in modern Mainland China, is China's most important traditional festival. The public holiday starts from the Chinese New Year Eve, and lasts for 7 days. And for TBB, we have a 12-day-holiday from Feb 14th till 25th, and back to work on Feb 26th. But most factories in China have as long as a month’s New Year Holiday, which means that most of them begin their holiday from late January till end February, and back to work in March normally.  Contact TBB during holiday HOW ARE STEEL BALLS FILLED INTO A BEARING? Have you ever been confused how on earth are the steel balls filled into a bearing?  We all know that there are four basic parts of a bearing: Inner ring, Outer ring, Balls, Cage or Retainer, sometimes there’s seal or shield. In Bearing industry, we called this procedure of putting balls between inner and outer rings “Assembly". Super Easy Assembly Procedures: a. Prepare the IRs and ORs, put the Inner ring to one side b. Fill in the balls c. Separate the balls with a ball distributor with claws d. Put the Cages or Retainers inside and rivet them together e. Done! Then how does full-complement bearings work? In the case of full-complement bearing, there will always be a filling slot in one side, that’s where we fill in the balls. It is not hard to imagine that its ability of axial loading is smaller.
